A RAMPAGE OF CHOCOLATE
FILMSCRIPT
BREAKING NEWS!
The novel, 'A Rampage of Chocolate', has been made into a musical film script. The manuscript plus soundtrack is available now for any interested Producers or Directors. We are currently seeking the right team to bring this music and manuscript to the screen. If that is you then PLEASE GET IN CONTACT! We would love to hear from you.
'A Rampage of Chocolate' follows the journey of Laura, an accident-prone, intelligent woman who does not recognise her own value. Consequently the basis of her search for 'love' is flawed; what she is really after is the secure foundation she lacks. The film follows her emotional journey as she wrestles with love, grief, gaslighting and many, hilarious situations. Ultimately she learns the truth about her value and her purpose; only then does everything fall into place.
As with all musicals, the songs will guide the audience through the emotional journey and thoughts of Laura and the other characters. Most of the songs have been written to standalone, so that they can be covered many times over in the future, thus releasing these joy- and hope-filled lyrics to a wider audience.
Copies of the manuscript and a USB with all of the songs are available upon request.
HOWEVER.... Here is a taster track to whet your appetite. It contains 10 second
soundbites of all the songs. All of the songs are sung by Mary, so if you want to know exactly which character would be singing each song and the context within the manuscript then read on below for full information.
In the meantime, enjoy your sneak peek!
